The production facility houses both historical and modern distillation equipment to create premium spirits using documented traditional methods and recipes.
Founded in 1874 as a research station for the Institute of Fermentation Industries, the manufactory began under the direction of Professor Max Delbrück.
The facility serves as Germany's sole qualification center for master distillers, operating in partnership with the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The manufactory produces over 100 different spirits and fruit brandies, with limited editions ranging from 20 to 60 bottles per batch.
The facility maintains an original fragrance organ from 1874, containing a collection of aromatic and flavor compounds from various plants.
