The three-story villa features an open staircase, high ceilings with stucco decorations, and a gable roof with cross construction at Hachelallee 88.
Built in 1924 by architect A. Reinheimer from Mainz for Emil Rothschild, a Jewish jeweler who fled to Brazil in 1939 during World War II.
The villa stands as a monument to Pforzheim's jewelry manufacturing heritage and represents the architectural preferences of successful industrialists in the 1920s.
The building currently functions as both a law office and private residence, maintaining its original structural elements while adapting to modern use.
The villa occupies a 900-square-meter corner lot and remains the final preserved mansion before the industrial zone of Wilferdinger Höhe begins.
