The supermarket integrates urban farming through an aquaponic system on its roof, producing 800,000 basil plants and 10,000 kg of fish annually.

The facility includes pickup stations for pre-ordered items, short-term parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle parking for customers.

The building utilizes rainwater for sanitation, features climate-intelligent heating and cooling systems, and operates entirely on renewable electricity.
