Church of Agia Paraskevi

The Church of Agia Paraskevi is a religious building in Chalkida that combines Gothic and Byzantine architectural elements in an unusual way. The structure features carved stone details, distinctive arches, and a compact layout that reflects different building periods.

The building originated in the 13th century as a Dominican monastic church called Saint Mary and Dominic. It later underwent a change in dedication and is now known as an Orthodox church under the name Agia Paraskevi.
