Moni Sagmata

Moni Sagmata is an Orthodox monastery located on Mount Ypatio in Thiva Municipality, Greece, at approximately 740 meters elevation. The complex comprises multiple chapels and buildings with Byzantine architectural features arranged around a central courtyard.

The monastery was established in the 13th century and received early imperial support through official privileges. This recognition helped it become an important religious center in the region.
