Hôtel de Vauluisant

The Hotel de Vauluisant is a museum in Troyes housed in a two-wing building with exposed wooden beams, a Renaissance facade, and two corner towers. Exhibits spread across multiple floors and showcase textiles, religious objects, and other artistic works from different periods.

The building dates back to the 12th century and was extensively rebuilt after a fire in 1524. It opened to the public as a museum in the middle of the 20th century.

The first floor features a large fireplace decorated with the Hennequin family coat of arms, reflecting the building's crafted heritage. A dedicated gallery displays stained glass art, showing colorful works typical of the region.
