The Toile de Jouy Museum displays an extensive collection of printed cotton fabrics, tools, and documents within the Château de l'Églantine building.

The museum, established in 1977, preserves the heritage of Christophe-Philippe Oberkampf's textile manufacturing company that operated from 1760 to 1843.

The collection contains 10,000 items including painted canvases, sample albums, drawings, costumes, and furniture representing French textile production techniques.

Visitors can explore the museum from Tuesday to Sunday between 11:00 and 18:00, with guided tours available every second Sunday of each month.

The museum features reconstructed period rooms showing how the printed fabrics were used in authentic 18th-century domestic settings.
