Église Notre-Dame-de-Grâces is a Catholic pilgrimage church in Cotignac, Var, built from 1519 after Jean de La Baume's reported apparition of the Virgin. Its brick facade has a steep gable framed by grey stone quoins, a round grille window above a dark wooden door in a layered stone arch, and a stone bell-cote with one arched opening on the roof peak. Inside, cream walls rise to blue vaults with grey stone ribs on clustered columns, flanked by two pointed stained-glass windows; a dark wooden pulpit with a carved medallion stands left, a gilt-framed oval painting and a blue-mantled Madonna and child on a bracket centre the wall, and a stone altar marked with a white cross sits before dark panelling on the right.

The sanctuary began in 1519 when Jean de La Baume reported a vision of Mary and founded a place of worship at this location. Construction of the church followed shortly after, making it an important pilgrimage destination in the region.

The name Notre-Dame-de-Grâces refers to Mary and the graces attributed to her intercession. The sanctuary draws about 140,000 pilgrims a year, the most visited site in the Var department. Pilgrims come especially around the 10 and 11 August, the dates of Jean de La Baume's 1519 vision, and the church keeps a gilt-framed oval painting and a blue-mantled Madonna and child on a bracket above the altar wall.

The sanctuary lies just outside the village of Cotignac, in the Var department. The only carriage road to the sanctuary once came from the Montfort road; it was widened for Louis XIV's visit in February 1660 and, with the adjoining stairway, was named after the king. Visitors today can follow this "chemin de Louis XIV" up to the church.

King Louis XIV visited this sanctuary in 1660 to express gratitude because his mother had prayed here before his birth. This royal visit made the location a special place in the French pilgrimage tradition.
