Église Notre-Dame-de-Grâces de Cotignac

Église Notre-Dame-de-Grâces is a pilgrimage church located on Mont Verdaille in Provence, built with stone and featuring a distinctive bell tower. The building displays classic religious architecture and rises prominently above the surrounding countryside.

The church sits on a hilltop and is accessible on foot via a walking path or by car up a winding road. Access is available year-round, though visitors should bring comfortable shoes and water, especially during warm weather.

King Louis XIV visited this sanctuary in 1660 to express gratitude because his mother had prayed here before his birth. This royal visit made the location a special place in the French pilgrimage tradition.
