Pôle Mécanique Alès-Cévennes, Motorsport complex in Alès, France
Pôle Mécanique Alès-Cévennes is a motorsport complex in the Cévennes region. The facility includes multiple racing circuits designed for different motorsport disciplines and serves as a training and competition venue for drivers and teams.
The project began in the early 1990s to establish a motorsport center for the region. It opened to the public in 2019 after years of planning and construction.
The circuit hosts major events including the 24MX ALESTREM motorcycle competition and the French Truck Racing Championship throughout the racing season.
The location is just outside the city center and is easily accessible by car with ample parking available. The grounds are clearly marked, and visitor facilities including restrooms and basic amenities are provided throughout the site.
One distinctive feature is the reversible racing circuit that allows competitions to run in two different directions depending on the event. This flexible design is uncommon among European motorsport facilities.
