Tour Lilleurope, Office tower in Euralille district, France
Tour Lilleurope is a modern office building in the Euralille district with 25 floors and a total area of approximately 25000 square meters. The tower connects office spaces with a central location that places the train station, metro, and bus lines within immediate reach.
The building was completed in 1995 as part of the development of the Euralille business district alongside Lille-Europe station. This construction phase shaped the modern character of this area.
The architectural design by Claude Vasconi incorporates reinforced concrete ladder beams supported by metal frames, representing modern French construction methods.
The building has nine elevators and multiple entrances that make orientation straightforward. The direct access to transport links on site makes it easy to explore the district.
The building spans over the tracks of Lille-Europe station and demonstrates innovative solutions for construction in challenging terrain. This structural achievement allowed office space to be created without interrupting rail traffic.
