Tour de Lille

Tour de Lille is a modern office tower with 20 floors and a height of about 120 meters in the Euralille business district. The building features extensive floor-to-ceiling windows across its facade that flood workspaces with natural light.

Construction of the tower began in 1995 as part of the Euralille development project, transforming the former railway area into a major European business hub. The building played a key role in reshaping the city's urban landscape during this period of expansion.

Architect Christian de Portzamparc designed the tower with three distinct segments around a central concrete core, creating a modern landmark in the urban landscape.

The building is well served by elevators and located directly next to major railway stations, making it easily accessible by public transport. The position in the heart of the business district allows you to explore the area and other local attractions on foot.

The building's facade uses pre-oxidized copper panels arranged at regular intervals, allowing for ventilation while developing a distinctive green patina over time. This design choice gives the tower an unexpected organic appearance that sets it apart from typical modern office buildings.
