G-Lock, Amusement ride in Walygator Parc, France.

G-Lock is a spinning ride in Walygator Parc with six spacecraft capsules mounted on a central mast. The capsules rise up to 8 meters high and rotate on a circular platform about 23 meters across, with each capsule holding four people.

G-Lock opened on 30 April 2014 in Walygator Grand Est, with an official inauguration on 7 June 2014. Construction ran from December 2013 to April 2014, the ride was delivered in early April, and assembly plus safety testing took 21 days. The Belgian firm Giant designed the surrounding Space World theming, and the Moselle General Council contributed €150,000 toward the ride's acquisition.

The name G-Lock comes from the English aviation term G-LOC, short for G-force induced loss of consciousness, the blackout pilots can suffer in extreme manoeuvres. The ride stands opposite Space Shot in the Space World zone, whose space decor was made by the Belgian firm Giant.

The ride sits in the Space World zone, opposite Space Shot and next to Comet. Its six arms sweep a circle 23.1 metres wide when moving, so stand back from the fence during cycles. The 480-person hourly capacity means queues move steadily; boarding is quicker early in the day.
