Hôtel de Malras, Private mansion in Aurillac, France

The Hôtel de Malras features an ornate portal that stands as the remaining element of the original structure at its location in Aurillac.

The mansion, dating from the 17th century, belonged to Baron de Malras before being transformed into the new town hall of Aurillac.

Five historical portraits painted by Eloi Chapsal, including those of General d'Estaing and General Delzons, are displayed within the mansion's walls.

The building now functions as a municipal administrative center while maintaining its status as a registered historical monument under French preservation laws.

The interior holds classified historical furniture collections alongside the preserved portraits, combining administrative functions with museum-like preservation.
