Roc Nègre

Roc Nègre reaches an elevation of 2,030 meters above sea level, offering views across the surrounding peaks of the eastern Pyrenees mountain range.

The summit stands as a natural landmark within the Réserve naturelle de Prats-de-Mollo-la-Preste, where it ranks as the eleventh highest peak among fifteen mountains.

Hikers can access the Cabane Pastorale dels Forquets mountain shelter, located 1,422 meters east of the summit, providing a rest point during expeditions.
