The Orelle-Caron gondola lift extends 2,235 meters across the French Alps, connecting the village of Orelle to the summit of Cime Caron.
Opening in December 2021, this modern transportation system replaced the previous 3 Vallées Express gondola to improve access between Orelle and Val Thorens.
The gondola system represents a technological advancement in French alpine infrastructure, connecting communities within the Les 3 Vallées ski domain.
Operating from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM during ski season, the lift accommodates 2,500 passengers per hour and provides free parking for 450 vehicles.
The gondola reaches an altitude of 3,200 meters and completes the journey in under 20 minutes, offering transportation for both skiers and pedestrians.
