Kambadaga Falls

The Kambadaga Falls cascade down in three successive tiers along the Kokoulo River, spreading across 100 meters of rocky terrain.

The falls have shaped the development of local settlements, with villages like Hakoundé Mitty establishing themselves near the natural water source.

Local children from nearby villages maintain a tradition of guiding visitors through the paths leading to different viewpoints of the falls.

Visitors need to follow a 17-kilometer dirt track from Bourouwal Tappé to Hakoundé Mitty, followed by a 40-minute uphill hike.

A metal cable bridge spans across the Kokoulo River near the falls, providing access to both banks of the waterfall system.
