Panorama Tower, High-rise office building in Leppävaara, Finland.
Panorama Tower is an office building in Leppävaara with a three-part design where two sections contain seven floors and one section rises to seventeen floors. The structure provides around 16,100 square meters of office space suitable for different business needs.
Construction of the building began in April 2006 through a joint venture called Tyl Leppävaara, uniting the efforts of construction companies Skanska and NCC. The project was completed in 2008, marking the end of a two-year construction phase.
The building reflects Finnish architectural principles through its combination of steel pillars, concrete framework, and facades featuring brick paving and glass-aluminium elements.
Office spaces are available for rent in various sizes to meet different business requirements. The top floor features a sauna for tenant use, and an underground connection provides easy access to the adjacent shopping center.
The rooftop features a designated helicopter landing area, making the building accessible for time-critical business operations. This feature is uncommon among office buildings in the region.
