The structure incorporates a three-sided design with two sections of seven floors and one section reaching seventeen floors, offering 16,100 square meters of office space.
Construction of the tower started in April 2006 by joint venture Tyl Leppävaara, combining efforts of Skanska and NCC companies, with completion in 2008.
The building reflects Finnish architectural principles through its combination of steel pillars, concrete framework, and facades featuring brick paving and glass-aluminium elements.
Tenants can rent office spaces ranging from 100 to 1850 square meters, with additional access to a rentable sauna facility on the top floor.
The seventeenth floor includes a designated area for helicopter landings and connects through an underground tunnel to the Sello shopping center parking garage.
