Kamačnik Canyon is a protected landscape in the Vrbovsko area of Gorski Kotar, covering 74.44 hectares between 370 and 600 metres above sea level. A 6.3 km walking trail runs from the Kamačnik spring to its confluence, following the cliff edge and crossing numerous bridges built over the stream through beech, fir and spruce forest. A restaurant stands at the park entrance.

Kamačnik Canyon lies within the territory of the town of Vrbovsko in Gorski Kotar, close to the Rijeka–Zagreb motorway. The protected landscape covers 74.44 hectares at elevations between 370 and 600 metres. The site is managed by the Vrbovsko tourist office together with the Kvarner public institution for nature protection, Javna ustanova Priroda.

This place is a local retreat where people come to walk and experience the quietness of nature. The paths alongside the water are popular with families and hikers who spend time exploring the outdoors.

The site is easily accessible near Vrbovsko railway station, making it straightforward to reach. Comfortable walking shoes are helpful since the paths are uneven and can be wet in places.
