Dalmatia Tower, High-rise building in Croatia
Dalmatia Tower is an office and hotel building in Split that rises 110 meters (360 feet) high. The structure has 27 floors containing office spaces, hotel rooms, a restaurant, and amenities including a spa and fitness center.
Construction began in 2015 as part of a larger development and was completed in 2023. The building was expanded to include ten additional floors after construction paused for approval of this modification.
The tower is named after the Dalmatia region where Split is located. It has become a new symbol of the city's growth and is now part of how residents and visitors see the place.
The building is easy to access and located at a central corner with good visibility. It features eight elevators and parking on lower levels for both visitors and workers.
The building opened on Saint Domnius day, Split's patron saint celebration, with climbers raising a Croatian flag atop the roof during the ceremony. The opening featured a concert and fireworks that made it a memorable moment for the city.
