Városmajor is a roughly ten-hectare public park in the Krisztinaváros district of Budapest, bounded by Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor and Ignotus utca to the north and Maros utca to the south. It lies between the Rózsadomb and Kis-Sváb-hegy hills, and the Ördög-árok stream runs beneath it in a covered channel. The grounds hold the Városmajori Jézus Szíve-plébániatemplom, a sports hall, tennis courts and the terminus of tram line 60.

The area was originally the floodplain of the Ördög-árok and long served as a meadow and military property. In 1729 the council of Buda bought it from Count Daun for 3,000 convention florins. In 1785 Joseph II ordered a public park here; the state architect József Tallherr drew the plans and city gardener Antal Kock began planting in 1787, setting 3,000 trees in the style of French gardens. In 1920 the Ördög-árok was covered and the park rebuilt.

The park hosts the Városmajor Open-Air Stage (Városmajori Szabadtéri Színpad), a summer theatre venue. Its name means "city estate", recalling the 1729 purchase of the land by Buda's council from Count Daun, who had run a garden and farm here. Statues of Beethoven, Hüvelyk Matyi and a World War I mountain-troops memorial stand in the grounds.

The park is bounded by Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor and Ignotus utca to the north and Maros utca to the south. Trams 59, 60 and 61 stop at Városmajor; line 60 has its terminus at the park's edge, serving Istenhegy and Svábhegy. From the Széchenyi-hegy cogwheel railway station, the Gyermekvasút children's railway departs. The Főkert Zrt. maintains the grounds.

The park's name means "city estate", recalling the horticultural estate and manor that Count Daun established here before Buda bought the land in 1729 for 3,000 convention florins. Among the statues is a figure of Hüvelyk Matyi, alongside a monument to the World War I mountain troops and a bust of Ludwig van Beethoven.
