The Hungarian Money Museum presents the evolution of currency through 200 displays, 54 installations, and 133 short films across 2400 square meters.
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank established this educational center in March 2022 to provide comprehensive knowledge about monetary systems and financial literacy.
The permanent exhibition 'Money Path' demonstrates five core functions of currency through digital installations that connect finance with everyday experiences.
Free admission requires advance online registration, with guided tours available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM for groups up to 18 people.
Visitors can explore robotics demonstrations, participate in market simulation games, and discover the artistic process behind commemorative coin design.
