JW Marriott Surabaya, Luxury hotel in Downtown Tunjungan, Surabaya, Indonesia.

The JW Marriott Surabaya is a 25-story hotel on Jalan Embong Malang in downtown Tunjungan, Surabaya. It was built by contractor Decorient to designs by the Hong Kong firm Wong & Ouyang and opened in 1996. Its restaurants include Tang Palace for Chinese, Imari for Japanese and Uppercut Steakhouse, plus the Surabaya Baking Company bakery.

The hotel opened in 1996 and quickly became a major lodging option in east Java's largest city. Its development reflected the economic growth Surabaya experienced during that decade.

The hotel's name changed on 10 June 2002, when owner PT Ramasari Surya Persada ended its partnership with Starwood and signed with Marriott International, making this the second JW Marriott in Indonesia after Jakarta. Dining covers Tang Palace for Chinese, Imari for Japanese and Uppercut Steakhouse, with the Surabaya Baking Company bakery beside the Lobby Lounge and Anonimo Bar & Lounge.

The hotel sits in the business district with easy access to main streets and public transportation hubs around the city. Nearby markets and key local attractions are within walking distance or a short ride.

The hotel was built by contractor Decorient to designs by Wong & Ouyang, a Hong Kong-based architecture firm. It opened on 5 December 1996 as The Westin Surabaya, with Joop Ave, then Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, attending the ceremony. The Westin brand returned to the city in 2020 at Pakuwon Mall.
