Killagh Priory St. Mary de Bello Loco, Augustinian priory ruins in County Kerry, Ireland.
The rectangular stone church extends 128 feet in length and 23 feet in width, with walls reaching five feet in thickness.
Geoffrey de Marisco established this religious complex in 1216 on the location of an earlier monastery dedicated to Saint Coleman.
The Augustinian canons who resided here maintained a structured daily routine of prayer, study, and manual labor within the monastery walls.
The remaining church structure includes Gothic doors, lancet windows, and an east window that exemplifies medieval architectural design techniques.
Dark marble elements incorporated into specific sections of the building suggest modifications occurred during different construction periods.
