Derrynaflan Church is a medieval monastery church ruin located in County Tipperary, standing on elevated ground within bogland. The remaining stone walls feature five window openings and the foundation lines of the nave are still visible.
The monastery was founded in the 6th century under the guidance of Ruadhán of Lorrha, with support from the King-Bishops of Cashel. This establishment grew into a major center of religious and intellectual life during Ireland's early medieval period.
