Capital Dock

Capital Dock is a mixed-use tower along Dublin's riverside, featuring 22 floors that house apartments, offices, and shops throughout the building. The complex spans multiple connected structures with communal gardens, fitness facilities, and ground-floor cafés serving the people who live and work there.

Construction began in 2012 and finished in 2018, turning a former industrial docklands area into a modern mixed-use space. The project helped revive this section of Dublin's waterfront from its previous commercial shipping past.

The place brings together residents and workers who share the same streets, cafés, and public areas throughout the day. This mix creates a living community where home and workplace exist side by side.
