Capital Dock, Mixed-use development in Dublin Docklands, Ireland

Capital Dock stands 79 meters tall with 22 floors, combining residential units, office spaces, and retail establishments along the River Liffey waterfront.

Kennedy Wilson acquired the site in 2012 and completed construction in 2018, making it the tallest storeyed building in the Republic of Ireland.

The development integrates residential and commercial spaces, creating a community where inhabitants connect through shared facilities and common areas.

The complex includes fitness centers, communal gardens, workspaces, and retail outlets such as Fresh, BrewDog, Freshii, and Art of Coffee.

JPMorgan occupies the 130,000-square-foot 200 Capital Dock building, while Indeed leases buildings 100 and 300 under a 20-year agreement.
