Manhattan Tower

Manhattan Tower is a residential high-rise with 40 floors of glass and steel construction reaching 142 meters tall in northern Tel Aviv. The building houses approximately 180 residential units and stands adjacent to Tel Aviv Savidor Central Railway Station.

The tower was completed in 2010 and marked the start of rapid vertical development in Tel Aviv's real estate sector. This period led to numerous new high-rises that fundamentally reshaped the city's appearance.

The building represents Tel Aviv's shift from traditional low-rise neighborhoods to modern residential towers near central transportation hubs. This transformation shapes the cityscape and shows how urban living spaces have evolved.

The area is best explored by taking advantage of its proximity to the metro and train center, which offers easy access. The neighborhood is walkable and surrounded by shops, cafes, and parks within short distance.

The tower was developed by private buyers who organized themselves as a collective group, creating a large residential project. This was an unusual approach to real estate development in the city and demonstrated an alternative funding method.
