The Rogovin-Tidhar Tower is a 35-story office building in Ramat Gan that reaches 132 meters high and dominates the Diamond Exchange District with its glass exterior. The structure provides workspace for many companies and offers sweeping views across the region.
The tower was completed in 2009 and marked an important moment in Ramat Gan's transformation into a major business center. Its construction reflected the city's growing role as a commercial hub beyond Tel Aviv.
The tower stands in the Diamond Exchange District, whose Shimson Tower was inaugurated on October 24, 1968, after Mayor Abraham Krinitzi proposed building the exchange in Ramat Gan. The district generates 60% of the city's municipal revenue. The tower's name honours the nearby Ayalon Highway, and its cladding combines grey granite with reflective green glass.
The building sits along the Ayalon transportation corridor and is easily accessible by public transport. Parking is available on-site, and multiple elevators serve the different floors for convenient access.
The tower's name changed from Ayalon Tower to Rogovin-Tidhar Tower, after the developers. A helipad shaped like a crown topped the building, was removed in 2006 when the upper floors went up, and was reinstated when the tower was finished.
