HaShahar Tower

HaShahar Tower is a high-rise building in Givatayim that stacks offices, shops, and apartments across 57 floors in a single structure. The building blends these different functions vertically, creating a mixed-use development that serves multiple purposes.

Construction began in 2012 and finished in 2017, marking a period of urban growth in the Givatayim district. The project was part of a larger modernization effort across the region.
