Moshe Aviv Tower, Skyscraper in Diamond Exchange District, Ramat Gan, Israel.
Moshe Aviv Tower is a 244.1-meter skyscraper in the Diamond Exchange District with 68 above-ground floors and 5 underground levels. The building holds 63,000 square meters of office space and 17,000 square meters of residential area comprising 98 apartments with separate entrance systems.
Construction began in 1998 and the tower was completed in 1999, as part of rapid urban expansion in the district. The building became a landmark in the growth of this commercial and residential area.
A synagogue occupies the third floor, showing how religious spaces integrate naturally within modern business buildings in Israel. This coexistence reflects the way daily life and faith blend in the city's architecture.
The building features separate entrances for residential and business areas, making it easy to access offices and the prayer space without overlapping. Underground levels provide additional facilities and parking for both visitors and workers.
The tower participated in the City in Pink campaign, illuminating with pink lights on September 27, 2004 to raise awareness about breast cancer. This action showed how modern buildings in the city support social causes.
