Armon Cinema was a movie theater in Haifa that could hold roughly 1,800 people across multiple levels, including special box seats. The interior featured a retractable roof that could be opened on warm summer evenings to allow air to flow naturally through the space.

The cinema was designed in 1935 by architect Samuel Rozov, blending International Style with Art Deco design elements. The building closed its doors in 1987, marking the end of its decades-long role as an entertainment venue in the city.

The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra performed its first concert at the Armon Cinema in December 1936, conducted by Arturo Toscanini.

The theater was located at the corner of HaNeviim Street and Shabtai Levi Street in Haifa and was easy to find. Daily film screenings were offered there until the venue eventually shut down.

The cinema had a clever ventilation system that allowed staff to open side windows using long poles. This resourceful method helped regulate temperature during screenings, especially on hot days.
