India Tower, Skyscraper project in Marine Lines, Mumbai, India
The India Tower, formerly known as Park Hyatt Tower, stands at 707.5 meters with 126 floors above ground and five basement levels.
Construction started in 2010 under Dynamix Balwas Realty group's initiative but halted in 2011 due to disputes with municipal authorities.
The structure incorporates futuristic design elements by Foster and Partners, representing Mumbai's evolution from traditional architecture to contemporary urban development.
The building combines residential units, commercial spaces, and hospitality areas across 150,000 square meters of total floor space.
The tower's construction remains suspended since 2011, leaving an incomplete structure that would have become India's tallest building.
