Ashtalakshmi Temple, Hyderabad

The Ashtalakshmi Temple contains detailed stone carvings on its exterior walls and multiple shrines spread across different levels of the building structure.

The temple, constructed under guidance from Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam, opened its doors to worshippers in April 1996 after five years of construction and investment of 10 million rupees.

Eight separate sanctums within the temple display different forms of Goddess Lakshmi, each representing distinct aspects of prosperity and abundance in Hindu tradition.

The temple maintains regular hours from morning to evening, with dedicated parking facilities and convenient access from both Dilsukh Nagar and LB Nagar neighborhoods.

The temple houses 134 different deity statues, with each of the eight Lakshmi forms wearing specific gold ornaments and traditional kasula Peru necklaces.
