Asman Garh Palace, Gothic Revival palace in Malakpet, Hyderabad, India
The granite structure features arched windows, Corinthian columns, and symmetrical staircases leading to a verandah atop a hillock overlooking Hyderabad.
Built in 1885 by Sir Asman Jah of the Paigah family, the palace later transferred ownership to Mir Mahboob Ali Khan, the sixth Nizam of Hyderabad.
The palace incorporates European castle elements with local architectural details, including a distinctive turban-shaped entrance gate added by the seventh Nizam.
Since 2000, the building operates as St. Joseph's Public School, maintaining its structural integrity while serving educational purposes for the community.
The palace contains an unverified underground passage reportedly connecting to Golkonda Fort, and sits near former royal hunting grounds in Saroornagar.
