Gurudwara Guptsar Sahib, Sikh temple in Chhattiana, India
The temple features a high-ceiling hall with a sanctum at one end and square pavilions topped with a lotus dome in Punjab's Muktsar district.
Following the Battle of Muktsar in 1705, Guru Gobind Singh stayed at this location and distributed gold coins to compensate his unpaid soldiers.
The Gurdwara maintains a community kitchen called Guru ka Langar where meals are prepared and served to all visitors regardless of their background.
Located 16 kilometers from Giddarbaha Railway Station and 24 kilometers from Mukatsar City, the temple remains open throughout the day for devotees.
Near the main temple stands a memorial for Peer Sayyad Ibrahim, a Muslim saint who converted to Sikhism and received the name Ajmer Singh.
