Chennai Tech Park

Chennai Tech Park is an office complex in Ambattur composed of three towers spanning over 2 million square feet with glass facades and contemporary design elements. The structure rises 17 floors and houses major international business operations.

Construction began in 2006 and finished in 2010, transforming Ambattur's industrial area into a modern business hub. This completion marked the region's shift toward technology and corporate development.

The building reflects the architectural vision of Zaha Hadid, with flowing curves and open designs that create workspaces where light and movement feel natural. Staff and visitors navigate through airy corridors that break away from typical office layouts, shaping how people interact with the workplace daily.

The site includes underground parking across four levels, dining venues, retail shops, and convenient access to major transport routes throughout Chennai. Food and shopping options are readily available for workers and visitors.

The Royal Bank of Scotland leases an entire tower, making this one of Chennai's largest single-tenant office arrangements. This major presence shaped how the complex was designed to meet the banking institution's specific operational needs.
