Raheja Towers, Chennai, Commercial architectural structure on Anna Salai, Chennai, India

Raheja Towers is an eleven-story commercial building located on Anna Salai in central Chennai. The structure provides large office spaces and modern communication infrastructure for business tenants.

The project was a joint venture between Union Motors Ltd, which owned the 60-ground plot, and the K Raheja group. It ranks among Chennai's earliest Grade A commercial developments, built in the second half of the 1990s. In March 2002 the World Bank opened a 26,000 sq ft back office here with about 180 staff, later moved to Taramani.

The building attracts major international companies and reflects Chennai's role as a growing business center. This corporate presence shapes how people work and move through the area.

Raheja Towers is a working office building, not a site open to visitors; access is for tenants and their guests. It stands on Anna Salai, the arterial road, on land of 60 grounds owned by Union Motors. The Regional Passport Office moved into the building in 2010 before relocating to Rayala Towers opposite.

In March 2002 the World Bank opened a 26,000 sq ft back office in the building with about 180 staff; it later moved to its own premises in Taramani. The same tower has housed Cisco Systems and Sony Corporation, and in 2010 the Regional Passport Office moved in from Shastri Bhavan on Haddows Road, later relocating to Rayala Towers opposite.
