Konni Forest Division is a protected woodland in the Western Ghats of Kerala with tropical forests and extensive teak plantations covering about 331 square kilometers. The area contains diverse habitats and serves as part of a larger UNESCO World Heritage site.
The forest division was established in 1897 as one of the first managed forest territories in the region. This early foundation marked a shift toward organized forest conservation in Kerala.
