Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, Minor basilica in central Milan, Italy.
The basilica features a rectangular structure with three naves, two brick towers of different heights, and an atrium as large as the church.
Saint Ambrose constructed this basilica between 379 and 386 to house the relics of Christian martyrs Gervasius and Protasius.
The crypt contains the remains of Saint Ambrose and martyrs Gervasius and Protasius in a nineteenth-century silver and crystal shrine.
Visitors can enter the basilica without charge Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to noon and 2:30 PM to 6 PM, Sundays from 3 PM to 5 PM.
