The ground floor exhibits feature Giovanni Pisano's 14th-century statues representing Sibyls, Prophets, and Philosophers, demonstrating the Gothic artistic movement in Italy.

A six-meter-wide stained glass rose window created by Duccio between 1287 and 1290 depicts detailed scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary.
