The palace features a grand architectural structure with ornate decorations, multiple rooms, and a strategic position overlooking Via dei Pellegrini.
Built in 1508 by Domenico di Bartolomeo following Giacomo Cozzarelli's design, the palace served as residence for Pandolfo Petrucci until 1512.
The main salon contained frescoes by Pinturicchio, Luca Signorelli, and Girolamo Genga, representing mythological scenes influenced by Roman antiquity.
The palace stands near the Baptistery and connects to the San Giovanni staircase, providing direct access to the northern section of Siena.
Several ceiling sections from the palace's main hall are now displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
