Bibliomediateca Mario Gromo is a research library within the Museo Nazionale del Cinema in Turin that houses extensive collections on film and photography. The facility features work stations with internet access and specialized materials for scholars and researchers interested in cinema studies.

The library grew alongside the Museo Nazionale del Cinema, founded on 7 July 1953 by Maria Adriana Prolo, Mario Gromo, Giovanni Pastrone and others as the Associazione museo del cinema. Its first major book collection was the Mario Gromo fund, and the Maria Adriana Prolo fund was added in 1991. Closed with the museum in 1984, it moved to new premises in July 2008.

The library's name honours Mario Gromo, the Turin journalist and film critic whose own books and papers formed its first major collection, the fondo "Mario Gromo". Later bequests carry other names, among them the photographer-historian Michele Falzone del Barbarò and the founder Maria Adriana Prolo, whose fund arrived in 1991.

The library has occupied its current premises on Via Matilde Serao in the Pozzo Strada district (Circoscrizione 3) since July 2008, after earlier homes at Palazzo Chiablese and the former church of San Pietro in Vincoli proved too small. The reading rooms and multimedia stations are set up for consulting the film and photography holdings on site.

The collection includes a digitized sound archive with restored vinyl records from various eras of film history. Additionally, a video streaming section provides access to films and documents that are difficult to find elsewhere.
