Parco Querini, Historical public park in Vicenza, Italy

The park extends across 9.5 hectares, with a grand tree-lined avenue leading to a circular pond featuring a classical temple at its center.

The land transformed from meadows and vineyards in the early 1800s to a designed garden when Antonio Capra purchased the former monastery of Araceli in 1811.

The Classical-style monopteran temple, constructed in 1820 by Antonio Piovene, displays Ionic columns supporting a dome beside the central pond.

Located 1.8 kilometers from Vicenza railway station, the park maintains regular hours from sunrise to sunset and offers access via bus lines 2, 9, and 11.

The park houses multiple wildlife species, including rabbits, ducks, turtles, while the Bacchiglione River and Astichello tributary border two of its sides.
