Villa Fenaroli, building in Rezzato, Brescia, Italy

Villa Fenaroli is a large country estate in Rezzato, Brescia province, with classical features and pale walls situated on a gentle slope. The building contains spacious rooms with high ceilings and traditional furnishings, surrounded by expansive gardens with trees and lawns.

The estate was originally built in the 16th century by the Avogadro family, led by Scipione, and received its present form through 18th-century renovations by architect Giovanni Battista Marchetti. In 1747 it passed to the Fenaroli family, who gave the house its name and enhanced it with new gardens and statuary.

Villa Fenaroli takes its name from the Fenaroli family, who acquired the residence in 1747. The place now serves as a venue for weddings and celebrations, with its classical architecture and surrounding grounds providing a setting where people gather to mark important occasions.

The estate is easily accessible from nearby towns such as Brescia, Cremona, and Bergamo. Visitors can explore the gardens in good weather and should allow adequate time to enjoy both the interior rooms and outdoor areas.

The gardens contain statues of Roman deities such as Venus and Bacchus, added in the 18th century and linking the place to classical mythology. These sculptures are among the oldest artworks on the grounds and often go unnoticed by visitors.
