Villa Schifanoia

Villa Schifanoia is a Renaissance residence perched on a hilltop above Fiesole, connecting multiple terraces with formal gardens throughout the grounds. The main structure began as a 15th century residence of the Cresci family but passed to Bartolomeo di Bate di Zaccheria in 1550. A chapel was added during the 19th century, introducing a spiritual space to the existing layout.
