Giardino Jacquard, English garden and museum in Schio, Italy.
The Giardino Jacquard features meandering paths through rock formations, caves, neo-Gothic structures, and a reconstructed castle of Schio at its center.
The garden emerged in 1860 during urban renewal, initially containing drying rooms and racks for wool processing from the adjacent Francesco Rossi textile mill.
The theater building displays twelve terracotta medallions on its facade, representing important figures from Schio's history, while hosting educational programs and performances.
From March to October, visitors can join free guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays, exploring the garden's greenhouse, fountains, and architectural elements.
A former industrial tower used in wool processing with ammonia from urine was transformed into a decorative birdhouse following Venetian villa traditions.
