Palazzo Colocci, Baroque house museum in Iesi, Italy.
The palace features a grand staircase within its courtyard, supported by columns and domed vaults designed by architect Pier Paolo Alfieri in 1735.
The Colocci family acquired the property in 1435, and subsequent generations transformed it through renovations, including a Renaissance redesign completed in 1596.
The Colocci-Vespucci Archive within the palace contains historical artifacts, artworks, and family documents from descendants of navigator Amerigo Vespucci.
Located at Piazza Angelo Colocci, the museum received 712 visitors in 2019 and offers guided tours through its 500 square meters of exhibition space.
The building stands at the intersection of Via Pergolesi, formerly the ancient cardo maximus, marking the highest elevation point in Iesi.
