Spiaggia di Punta Penna, Natural beach in Vasto, Italy.

The beach extends along golden sand with natural dunes populated by rare vegetation, reaching from the Vasto port to the Punta Aderci Reserve.

The Punta Penna lighthouse, constructed in 1906 and reaching 70 meters in height, stands as the second tallest lighthouse in Italy after Genoa.

The fifteenth-century church of Santa Maria della Penna hosts an annual maritime procession with boats carrying the Madonna statue each May.

The beach maintains its natural state without commercial facilities, offering wooden stairs for access and basic services including restrooms.

The clear waters allow visitors to observe dolphins, sea turtles, and protected bird species such as kentish plovers and yellow-legged gulls.
