Museo dell’identità dell’alta Garfagnana Olinto Cammelli

The museum displays over 1300 artifacts across multiple rooms, including tools from marble quarries, carpentry equipment, and traditional craft implements from Alta Garfagnana.

Located next to Chiesa Vecchia on Colle di Casa summit, the museum opened in 2009 following extensive restoration work of the former castle grounds.

The central exhibition hall presents hundreds of objects related to local trades such as marble quarrying, shoemaking, shepherding, woodworking, and blacksmithing.

The museum operates on weekends from June to September between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with other visits requiring advance reservations.

A video room shares stories of local volunteers known as 'Eroi della Chiesa Vecchia' who contributed to preserving the regional heritage.
