The construction of the palace began in the early 1900s under architect Giuseppe Pisanti, commissioned by politician Ascanio Branca, and reached completion in 1927.
The palace combines Neapolitan and Turin Liberty architectural elements with neoclassical features, incorporating symbolic numbers and shell-shaped friezes in its design.
Visitors can explore the building's exterior facades, which display different architectural styles on each side, including bow-windows and decorative elements.
The palace structure stands out for its exceptionally thin profile, similar to Turin's Casa Scaccabarozzi and New York's Flatiron Building.
