City Tower Nishi-Umeda

City Tower Nishi-Umeda is a 50-story residential high-rise with a complete glass curtain wall in the Umeda district of Osaka. The building contains approximately 350 apartments and offers contemporary living spaces for urban residents.

Construction of this residential tower by Takenaka Corporation began in 2004 and was completed in January 2007. The project marked a phase of urban redevelopment in the Umeda area during that period.

The building represents modern Japanese residential architecture with its 349 apartments, contributing to the transformation of Osaka's housing landscape.

The tower sits directly next to Fukushima Station, which serves both the JR Osaka Loop Line and Hanshin Main Line. Its central location makes it easy to access other parts of the city by public transport.

The structure contains 52,771 square meters of floor space and maintains its position among the tallest residential buildings in the Fukushima ward.
