City Tower Nishi-Umeda is a high-rise apartment building at 7-20 Fukushima, Fukushima-ku, Osaka, built by Takenaka Corporation. Its exterior uses a glass curtain wall, an external wall integrated with the window glass, so the whole structure appears clad in glass. At completion it was the tallest building in Fukushima ward and the tallest apartment block in the Umeda area.

Construction of this residential tower by Takenaka Corporation began in 2004 and was completed in January 2007. The project marked a phase of urban redevelopment in the Umeda area during that period.

The tower's name links it to the Nishi-Umeda district even though its address is in Fukushima ward, next to the JR Fukushima station area. Its glass curtain wall, a facade built with glass, is the feature residents and passers-by notice, and the building was Japan's tallest base-isolated residential tower when completed.

The nearest station is Fukushima on the JR Osaka Loop Line and Hanshin Main Line, about 400 metres away or a five-minute walk. Shin-Fukushima station is roughly 650 metres off, and the Hanshin Fukushima station about 600 metres. Nearby are The Symphony Hall, Kamifukushima Kita Park and a MaxValu Express supermarket.

The glass curtain wall covers the whole exterior, so the tower reads as a single sheet of glass rather than a wall with windows. When it was finished it was the tallest base-isolated residential building in Japan, a title it held until The Parkhouse Nakanoshima Tower opened in 2016.
